A CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, and an HHA, Home

Health Aide,knows how to recognize basic signs of

illnesses and emergency situations. CNAs/HHAs are

trained to measure blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate,

and temperature. They know how to help you walk safely

and to assist you with wheelchair transfers. CNAs/HHAs

also know how to assist with grooming, toileting, bathing,

and dressing.
