Alternate Administrator, CEO
As the Alternate Administrator & CEO of
A Nurse's Touch Healthcare, Chrystal has
dedicated her life to revolutionizing the
healthcare staffing industry through
innovation and compassion. She
currently has over 25 years experience
in healthcare administration and her
education is in Bible Theology as her
faith defines who she is. She started as a
licensed certified nursing assistant and
then became an administrator of
several agencies on the Treasure Coast
for over 25 years. She understands what
it takes to have a wealth of knowledge,
practical skills, and insight that can be
invaluable to both her colleagues and
current staff.

She is driven by our mission to provide
top-quality nursing staff to healthcare
facilities and ensure patients receive the
best care possible. Her vision is to
continue expanding our reach,
implementing cutting-edge technology,
and fostering a culture of excellence
that sets new standards for the nurse
registry sector. Her current passions are
selling and flipping homes and
spending time with her family. She
enjoys playing tennis in her spare time
and working out. She is the true
definition of entrepreneurship.

Meet Felicia Ramos
Administrator-Owner, LPN
Felicia is a dedicated and experienced
Administrator with a passion for
healthcare excellence. She is a Licensed
Practical Nurse with over 15 years of
experience in healthcare administration.
Her expertise lies in efficiently managing
nurse’s and clients, ensuring seamless
coordination of healthcare
professionals, and maintaining high
standards of patient care. She has had
the privilege of working in various
nursing roles, from direct patient care to
leadership positions, and has honed her
skills in healthcare administration
throughout her career. She is committed
to upholding the highest standards of
patient care and compliance, striving for
excellence in every aspect of healthcare
administration.
Felicia is a dedicated and experienced Administrator with a passion for healthcare excellence. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration. Her expertise lies in efficiently managing nurse’s and clients, ensuring seamless coordination of healthcare professionals, and maintaining high standards of patient care. She has had the privilege of working in various nursing roles, from direct patient care to leadership positions, and has honed her skills in healthcare administration throughout her career. Her leadership style is characterized by
open communication, collaboration,
and a focus on nurturing the
professional growth of her team. Felicia
graduated from Indian River State
college with her degree in nursing,
currently pursuing her Masters degree in
science health. In her free time she
enjoys spending quality time with her
two daughters. Felicia has a passion for
singing and leads worship at Christ
Fellowship church here in Vero Beach.
She loves Latin dancing and teaches
whenever opportunity comes her way.

Marketing Director
Kimberly is a detail-oriented and highly
skilled marketing director with over 15
years in marketing. At A Nurses Touch
Healthcare, Kimberly leads impactful
campaigns and drives brand growth.
Kimberly has been very instrumental in
rebranding efforts, digital transformation
and marketing expansion. Her expertise
spans across digital marketing, brand
strategy, content creation, and market
research. Kim holds a Bachelor of
Science in Business Management, with a
concentration in Human Resource
Management and Psychology, and an
Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales
University. Kimberly actively serves in her
community. She volunteers in her local
church’s Media Department, co-leads a
Single Moms group, and is a dedicated
mother to her teenage son. In her free
time, Kimberly enjoys helping others
through outreach initiatives, bargain
shopping, and indulging in her favorite
TV shows, including HGTV and Big
Brother.

Scheduling/Care Coordinator
Christina is a dedicated and
compassionate Medical Assistant with 13
years of hands-on experience in
providing exceptional patient care and
supporting healthcare professionals.
Proficient in both administrative and
clinical tasks, she is committed to
maintaining a high standard of
professionalism and efficiency in a
medical setting. Christina was born in
New Jersey but has grown up in Vero
Beach and admires where she lives
currently with her husband and children.
Christina has a Colombian background
and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Christina is also a huge sports fan who
loves the Miami Dolphins. She is
extremely involved at her church
Oceans United where she volunteers
with the community. Her faith in Christ is
what has set her apart. In her spare
time she enjoys Arts & crafts where she
can truly express herself with her God
given gifts.
